This area used to be an old airport runway located in Bintulu, Sarawak back in the old childhood days, i used to live in this town in mid 1980's. Consider one of the closest airport located in the middle of the town in the country where airplanes can be seen parked close to the night market vendor only to be separated by few meter fences. SInce i lived close by i always what planes take-off and landing on daily basis outside our home verandah. I experience lots of great things around this area during my child to teenage days but most importantly that's where all my hobbies as seen in this website grows due to such experience. Somewhere in 2003 this airport have been closed and converted into public recreational site. Therefore i decided to create this virtual flying site into my favorite "Phoenix R/C Simulator" to retain my nostalgic memory and revisit back through digital realm by flying all my Radio Contol model creation on this very place.
